
I worked at Caratello for several years and this experience has taken a special place in my heart. Thanks to Seelan, I had the privilege of working in a friendly, respectful and joyful atmosphere.
I was proud to serve these delicious Italian dishes and the quality was always there.
And what a joy to see day after day the satisfaction and enthusiasm of the customers!
It is with a lot of emotion that I had to leave the Caratello...but it remains the first restaurant in which I eat when I come back to Paris and I recommend it to all my friends who want to enjoy themselves and have a great time!
